Artpreneurs

Make a business out of your passion

Our vision

Our vision is to train members of the creative arts to develop digital entrepreneurial skills and start their own businesses in their sector.

Reasoning for the project

Minimize unemployment

Creative business has an important role to play in generating growth and combating unemployment. It helps young people to transform their creative skills into their own business. Adults need to increase their creative entrepreneurship skills, as well as innovative learning opportunities. The training program proposed in the project covers the need to promote innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship in the creative sector.

Promote self-employment in art sector

Creative industries are one of the main growing economies and competencies and skills are essential to sustain this growth. Current gaps and shortages need to be addressed to ensure that this creative sector continues to thrive. The practice of entrepreneurship in the arts differs significantly from the practice of entrepreneurship in business. These differences mean that entrepreneurship curricula cannot simply be imported from business schools
