About the LISA Project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The LISA (Learn to Inspire with SkillsFit App) project is an innovative initiative aimed at addressing the widespread issue of work-related stress among high school teachers in Europe. This stress significantly impacts teachers’ well-being, classroom climate, and students’ learning experiences. LISA seeks to empower teachers, reduce stress, and foster positive classroom environments by providing them with accessible and effective tools for continuous professional development.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Problem:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Teaching is a demanding profession, and high school teachers often face numerous challenges that contribute to stress and burnout. These challenges include heavy workloads, administrative burdens, diverse student needs, and the pressure to maintain high academic standards. The resulting stress can lead to decreased job satisfaction, emotional exhaustion, and a negative impact on the overall school climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Solution:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LISA proposes a unique and innovative solution to address these challenges: a mobile app that delivers daily 10-minute training activities directly to teachers’ smartphones. These bite-sized learning modules focus on enhancing essential soft skills such as communication, positive attitude, classroom management, active learning approaches enhanced by technologies, and empathy. By making professional development easily accessible and time-efficient, LISA aims to empower teachers to manage stress, improve their teaching practices, and create more engaging and supportive learning environments for their students.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
