Kick-off meeting in LIXA\/ Portugal from 11.3. – 14.3.2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The LISA project’s Kick-off meeting, held in Lixa, Portugal, from March 11th to 14th, 2024, marked the official start of this innovative initiative aimed at empowering high school teachers and transforming education. Partners from Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, and Romania gathered to lay the groundwork for the project, defining key milestones, establishing collaborative workflows, and fostering strong working relationships. The meeting also allowed participants to immerse themselves in the rich culture and warm hospitality of Lixa, setting a positive and inspiring tone for the project’s journey ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partner meeting in GENOA\/Italy from 11 – 14 July 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The transnational project meeting in Genoa (12\u201313 July 2024) brought together all LISA partners to review progress and align the next stages of the project. The meeting opened with a welcome from BITNESS, followed by a joint overview of all work packages and deliverables. Partners then worked in detail on defining the final functionalities of the SkillsFit mobile app and discussed insights from the LivingLab testing with teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each organization presented the content developed so far, while the group exchanged feedback to ensure coherence across modules. On the second day, partners refined the learning materials, clarified remaining tasks, and aligned deadlines. A dedicated technical session addressed app content integration and usability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting concluded with a shared understanding of next steps, preparation for the upcoming LTT in Slovenia, reporting duties, and dissemination planning. Certificates of attendance were distributed, marking the successful closure of a productive TPM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LTT in Maribor\/Slovenia from 05 – 10 October 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The LISA Learning, Teaching & Training Activity in Slovenia brought together teachers and partners from all participating countries for an intensive, hands-on training focused on testing, refining, and strengthening the SkillsFit app and its micro-learning content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme combined structured training sessions with practical app testing, content review, UX discussions, and partner cooperation activities. On the first day, participants received an introduction to the project, explored the app structure, and tested the Android and iOS versions in real conditions. The group then provided immediate feedback on usability, navigation, and content clarity, followed by a team-building activity to strengthen partner collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day focused on deep content revision, design quality, and module implementation. Partners tested 25 learning objects, checked how modules function within the mobile format, and discussed UX and visual design consistency. The day ended with a collective reflection session to gather insights and improvement ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the final day, partners reviewed progress, agreed on the next development steps, adjusted the project timeline, and finalised branding and visual identity elements to ensure consistency across the app and communication materials. The LTT concluded with final agreements, deadlines, and a session dedicated to future cooperation between schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partner meeting in Braila\/Romania from 22 – 23 September 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The final transnational meeting in Br\u0103ila (22\u201323 September 2025) brought together all project partners to review the completed results of the LISA project and ensure full alignment before closure. The meeting opened with a welcome session and a review of all work packages, focusing on progress made and remaining tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the first day, partners presented the final versions of their learning materials, multimedia components, and app-related content. They discussed user feedback gathered during testing, highlighted strengths, identified areas needing refinement, and agreed on a unified pedagogical tone across all modules. This produced a clear list of final adjustments for each partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day focused on validating all updated outputs and confirming that the improvements requested on Day 1 were successfully integrated. Partners reviewed achievements, challenges, and lessons learned throughout the project, and agreed on the remaining reporting, documentation, and dissemination tasks. Each organization presented its final contribution, which was jointly approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting concluded with the official closure of project activities, recognition of collaborative efforts, and cultural activities organized by the host school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
