The LISA project will deliver the following concrete results:
- SkillsFit App: A user-friendly mobile app for iOS and Android devices, designed to provide teachers with daily 10-minute training activities. The app will be available in multiple languages (Portuguese, Italian, Slovenian, Romanian, and English also including most world languages autotranslation) and will feature engaging content focused on enhancing soft skills and promoting well-being. The app will incorporate gamification elements and personalized learning paths to keep teachers motivated and engaged in their professional development.

Library of Bite-Sized Learning Objects: A comprehensive collection of 200 bite-sized learning modules covering essential topics such as communication skills, positive attitude, classroom management, active learning approaches enhanced by technologies, and empathy. These modules will be accessible through the SkillsFit app and will offer a variety of formats, including text, video, interactive scenarios, and practical exercises, catering to diverse learning styles and preferences.
